Our agents take feedback from the customers about the application, document and communicate the same to client. This helps the client to make the application user friendly and also in retaining customers.  Our outbound service increased the application download rate, customer retention and also offered insight into the key development areas of the application.

Background Verification

Background verification is completed for Security agents who register with our client. However complex or difficult the requirement of the client, we ensure that full verification is completed.

Since our commencement, we have given 100% quality compliance to our client. We have built reputation in handling sensitive data and delivering results. We always meet our client expectations and have had an excellent rapport with our client for over a decade.

Visa and Passport Application Processing Services

We receive calls from visa applicants with queries ranging from form filling, visa processing fees, technical information, helpline services, biometrics, office hours, visa appointment scheduling, status of the visa application etc.

The project works across multiple countries & government agencies and we have managed to meet all the challenges and sophisticated telecom requirements of the client. We have multilingual agents to cater the unique language needs of the project. All SLA and audit parameters are met with month on month.

SaaS Support

We provide data analytics, back end payroll processing, Finance and accounting services with 99.8% accuracy in a cost effective and timely manner via HR and Payroll processing CRM tool. All agents go through a rigorous training regime and only those who are certified are allowed to go live.

The quality and timelines are maintained to ensure that all the client requirements are fulfilled.

Energy & Utilities

The images and data is received from the client, which is scanned, entered in a CMS tool (specially designed by our IT team for this client). The tool will throw back variances which are then re-evaluated, re-checked before re-entering into the tool or returning back to client.

The CMS tool that we developed for the Energy utility client gave them all their customer’s energy utilization presented in a easy to read and understand format. The client was then able to use this to provide accurate recommendation to their customers on utilization, plans and savings. This tool helped our client in reducing their operational expenses.

We have been pioneering and growing transformative companies since 1993,many with billion dollar outcomes. We are entrepreneurs, technologists, financiers, product designers and strategists. We love nothing better than finding ways of disrupting the marketplace with brilliant technology. We are humbled by the passion of entrepreneurs and work tirelessly to help them.

I have dedicated my career to creating and investing in successful and socially conscious
ventures in technology, real estate, energy, logistics and hospitality on a global basis.
I’ve founded companies, served as President, CEO and Chairman and have multiple successful billion
dollar IPOs and acquisitions. I currently serve as Chairman of Cambridge Technology (CT)
focusing on the convergence of big data and the cloud. Prior to CT, I co-founded
Cambridge Samsung Partners and Cambridge Samsung Resources, served as Managing Partner
at Cambridge Energy Holdings. As Managing Director at Trikona Capital I created one of the largest
funds dedicated to Indian Infrastructure and real estate and was a Co-Founder and
Director of India Infrastructure and Urban Development Company. I also helped establish Sypdre,
a global technology venture catalyst with WPP, Merrill Lynch and IBM.

I am endlessly fascinated by being engrossed with innovative ventures. I believe in doing over talking. I believe as Peter Drucker said, “Whenever you see a successful business, someone made a courageous decision.” I enjoy spending time with those with the courage to bite off more than they can chew. Building companies is messy, but with the right combination of passion, knowledge, guidance and moxie people create wonders.
